The Jolly Mama raspberry leaves is traditionally used for its health virtues in childbirth for hundreds of years. It would be beneficial to shorten the second phase of work. It is recommended throughout the 9th month in preparation for childbirth, and after birth.

Instructions
Add the desired quantity of dried raspberry leaves in a cup. Your doctor or midwife will confirm the quantity (usually between 1 to 2 teaspoons of raspberry leaves) Put the leaves in a tea ball or at the bottom of a teapot. Pour boiling water on the tea leaves and let infuse for at least 10 minutes, but not more than 15 minutes (then filter the leaves). Sweet with a little honey (optional) You can consume it cold or hot. Raspberry leaves has a naturally very pleasant and tangy taste. If you wish, add fresh raspberries or a net of lemon juice to soften your taste. 1 to 3 cups per day.
