Azuki bean is a variety of red bean from Asia. It is a seed from the red soya plant and belongs to the legume family. With azuki beans, it is similar to the classic red bean, its flavour is milder with a subtle nutty taste. It can be prepared as a hummus, wrap, bolognese, stew, vegetable steak, jam, soup, croquette, hashish, or falafel puree. In short, there is no shortage of ideas to test and approve it...
