Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

  2. Mix the Psyllium powder with 450 ml of water to obtain a "gel" texture.
  3. Mix the 4 types of flour: Sarasin, Rice, Chickpea and Tapioca.
  4. Add the baking powder and the baking soda.
  5. Add the seeds of your choice.
  6. Mix it all together.
  7. Form a ball and place it on a baking tray.
  8. Bake at 175° for about 55 minutes.
Good to know: Psyllium is a superfood that is extremely rich in satiating and transit-friendly fibres!
