The red rice is a local rice grown on micro farms in northeastern Thailand and comes directly from artisan producers. Vermicelli is a staple of Asian cuisine. Instructions
Plunge the vermicelli into a large volume of boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and fry for 1 minute in a hot pan with a little oil: ready! Store in a dry place.
