Instructions

Before using your Plim menstrual pads or panties, wash them twice to maximize their absorbency. Change them regularly, especially when you have a heavy flow. Adapt the size of your menstrual pad to your flow and the size of your underwear. Note: the "Plus" size is the one that is suitable for most uses. Wash your Plim at 30°-40° for menstrual flow and 60° for bladder weakness. Before putting them in the washing machine, it is advisable to soak them for 3 minutes in water at body temperature. Then squeeze well, rub a little and you will have removed most of the blood from your Plim protection. Wash them with the rest of the laundry, in a small net if you prefer. Note: do not use fabric softener or chlorine, do not iron nor put them in the dryer. As with all underwear, make sure you use a mild detergent.
