Instructions
Allow approximately 60g rice per person. Place the rice in a saucepan and cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat 12 minutes. Drain and rinse. This rice can be eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat and fish dishes or consumed cold in salads. Its shape and texture make it a perfect choice for dessert recipes, such as rice pudding.Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, place in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days.
