1,5 MG of melatonin for 2 capsules / day.
Natural and vegetable melatonin.

Dry extract of Valerian2 (Valeriana officinalis L. 1.4 g*); Dry extract of Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. 750 mg*); Dry extract of Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna 675 mg*); L-Glutamine (150 mg); Dry extract of Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. 123 mg), Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris 15 mg) and Asian Rice (Oryza sativa L. 12 mg) source of melatonin (1.5 mg); anti-caking agent: Dry extract of Bamboo (Bambusa bambos L.) rich in silica; emulsifier: sunflower oil; natural flavouring preparation: essential oil of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Instructions

Contents :

1 month of treatment, i.e. 60 capsules/pillar at a rate of 2 capsules to be taken in the evening 1 hour before going to bed. Melatonin helps to reduce the time of falling asleep (beneficial effect obtained from 1 mg/day, before bedtime).

Food supplement

Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not give to children under 12 years old.
This supplement cannot replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
