Chicory Syrup

The chicory root is used as a natural sugar substitute. Chicory syrup is also delicious in pastries, tea and ice cream! It can also be used as an ingredient in coffee making. In the past this was sometimes used out of necessity.

Use : Add one teaspoon to coffee or tea. Free from: Gluten, lactose, egg, soya, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and sulphite
