O'range Organic

"The speciality BIO PLANETTE O'range fills the palate of connoisseurs and gourmets with its naturally fresh and fruity taste - the result of a delicate and complex manufacturing process. O'range is composed of ripe Oueslati olives. Hand-picked from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of northeastern Tunisia, then carefully sorted, they are pressed a few hours later with fresh untreated Maltese oranges. This variety of orange that grows in Cap Bon, which is the northeastern tip of Tunisia, has a particularly sweet taste. Our aromatic speciality O'range gives fish, shrimp or langoustine dishes that little something extra. It goes well with salads with fruit, such as chicory with orange wedges and adds the finishing touch to vanilla ice cream."
