Instructions

1 volume of preparation = 1 volume of water. For 250g: 320 ml of water

1. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add the boiling water.
2. Cover and leave to swell for 5 minutes.
3. Use a fork to loosen the seeds. Add a dash of olive oil and mix.

Store in a cool, dry place.
