These Kelp noodles are made of kelp, sodium alginate (sodium salt extracted from brown seaweed)! They are low in carbohydrates and calories, only 18 kcal for a 250 gr packet of noodles. And in addition, they bring you as much calcium (totally assimilable) as about 1 1/2 liter of milk, just that! This 100% raw and 100% vegan food is already ready to be eaten: rinse, add the chosen seasoning and enjoy! You can also add them at the last moment to any hot preparation of cooked vegetables (a ratatouille, a Chinese-style vegetable stir-fry). It is delicious!
