Our crackers are the fruit of a local and zero waste approach – large quantities of brewer’s spent grain are collected from our artisanal and organic brewers and transformed into delicious crackers! Our goal is to give a second life to the malt used to make beer. Get involved and become a supporter of a sustainable and responsible way of life!
Ingredients
Brewer’s grain (barley or wheat malt)(40%), buckwheat flour (14%), wheat flour, millet grain, sunflower & roasted squash seeds (10%), olive oil, salt. Only good natural products, rich in fibre and a source of protein. Hand-made 100% natural 100% vegan Alcohol-free.
