Amandine De Paepe, the designer who had a brilliant idea when she launched Quinette cookies, is a nutritionist by training and holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University - a pioneer in the field of Quinoa in Europe - where she conducted a year-long study on gluten. Passionate about her profession and promoting healthy eating, she has created her own brand of delicious Quinoa recipes.
