About this product
The real French green lenses, biodynamically grown. Rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B6), iron and calcium, green lentils provide 4 times more fibre than rice, pasta or potatoes and contribute to lowering cholesterol levels.
Preparation: Soak them in warm water for 1 hour before cooking. Rinse them quickly in cold water, drain them and place them in a pan with 3 times their volume of unsalted cold water, to prevent them from hardening. By doing so, the lenses will retain their hold while being soft under the tooth. Bring to a boil and cook covered for 20 to 25 minutes on small simmering.
