Flax seeds
Flaxseed is a great source of omega-3 and provides good support for intestinal transit thanks to its soluble fibre. It is recommended to grind them in order to get all the benefits. In order to better enjoy all the advantages of flax seeds, they must first be crushed. It is recommended to add 2 or 3 tablespoons of crushed seeds to cereals, yoghurts and salads. Flaxseed is rich in omega-3 fatty acids HDL (good cholesterol).
