About this product
Kuzu is een zetmeel afkomstig van een plant uit de Japanse bergen. Het heeft een gladde structuur en een neutrale smaak dus ideaal voor het binden van soepen, sauzen en om structuur te geven aan uw desserts. Het wordt ook medicinaal gebruikt om spijsverteringsproblemen tegen te gaan. Afkomst : Japan : Vermeng de kuzu met koud water en voeg toe aan uw sauzen tijdens het koken. Meng totdat het dik en doorzichtig is geworden. Gebruik ongeveer een soeplepel kuzu voor een kopje van 240 ml vloeistof. Goed sluiten na gebruik.
