About this product
Het wordt vooral gebruikt, vermengd met soja saus, om sushi en sashimi in te dippen (Japanse gerecht met rauwe vis). Dit lichtgroene poeder is afkomstig van een Japanse mierikswortel die ook wordt gebruikt om wasabi te maken. Meng het poeder met water of soja saus en laat 10 minuten staan.
