The BIOlanka fruit cocktail is a pure fruity pleasure composed of aromatic sun-ripened mangoes, pineapple, papaya and melon. The fruity taste is preserved thanks to the quick and gentle processing of the fresh and sun-ripened fruits of the harvest. The structure, taste, aroma and yellow-red colour are due to specially selected varieties. For this tasty fruit cocktail, we use the pineapple variety ""Mauritius"", which is characterized by its golden yellow colour, sweet and low acid flesh, and the mango variety ""Karthakalomban"", which has a low fibrous and sunny yellow flesh with an aromatic taste, the papaya variety ""Red Lady"", which has orange to dark red, creamy, sweet and fruity flesh, and the classic watermelon, which has reddish, juicy and sweet flesh
