Lovely Raw Food Crackers with Mexican spices. We added a little cacao and maca to balance all flavours. A little spicy, with hints of cumin and paprika. Eat with quacemole and salsa. They are gluten free, lactose-free, Sugar free and do not contain any colorants or preservatives. And they are 100% organic.
Preparation process
The crackers are produced according to the Raw Food principal. This means that they have been dried at 42.3 degrees Celcius. It is a long process that lasts for 30 hours. This way, most of the vitamins and minerals are retained. Furthermore, the ingredients still contain the enzymes, which makes it a healthy treat.
