The crackers are produced according to the Raw Food principal. This means that they have been dried at 42.3 degrees Celcius. It is a long process that lasts for 30- hours. This way, most of the vitamins and minerals are retained. Furthermore, the ingredients still contain the enzymes, which makes it a healthy treat.
