About this product
Raw Food Flax Crackers with Italian seasoning and sundried tomatoes, a lovely combination. Eat with rucola salad or minestrone soup, or just as a snack. Also good substitute for bread. They are gluten free, lactose- free, sugar free and do not contain any colorants or preservatives. And they are 100% organic.
Preparation process
The crackers are produced according to the Raw Food principal. This means that they have been dried at 46.0 degrees Celcius. It is a long process that lasts for 30 hours. This way, most of the vitamins and minerals are retained. Furthermore, the ingredients still contain the enzymes, which makes it a healthy treat.
