Cooked herbs come as much as possible from France or Europe. From the beginning, Cook has worked to improve the working conditions of producers in these distant countries. By going on the spot to check, first, and then by paying the right price. Since 2002, they have made this commitment a reality through the Bio Équitable logo, controlled by Ecocert. At the beginning of this range of spices, Cook packaged them in glass vials. Since 2001, for social, ecological and economic reasons, they have been offering them today in P.E.T. bottles.
