Recipe

  1. Put 300g of sweet potato puree in a bowl.

  2. Add 2 eggs and 100g of peanut butter.

  3. Mix it all together. 

  4. Add the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and some chocolate chips. 

  5. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

  6. Place the mixture in a large square mould.

  7. Spread the dough well.

  8. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips as topping. 

  9. Bake the brownie for 25 minutes at 175 degrees.

  10. Enjoy the tasting!

Good to know: For vegan diets, you can always replace 1 egg with a tablespoon of chia seeds and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
