Hazelnut and cocoa cream has been made with the best Italian hazelnuts. They have been traditionally grilled in a iron oven at temperatures under 100°C. The ingredients are then mixed together for 18 hours in order to obtain a creamy paste. Golosa paste doesn’t contain sugar or dairy.
