In Belgium, a jar collection system exists through which you can collect 1€ per jar (details available on the Lili Bulk website)
Ingredients: Belgian quinoa, Belgian black lentils, Belgian brown lentils, buckwheat seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried seaweed, dried leeks, shallots in semolina, vegetable broth. Preparation: in a saucepan, heat the equivalent of 2 jars of water (700ml), unsalted. When the water boils, pour the Healthy Lentils mixture into it. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Stir and it's ready! Tip: add crumbled feta cheese, fresh herbs, steamed vegetables or raw vegetables, which can be declined as desired!
