It can be eaten hot as an accompaniment to cooked vegetables or cold, tabbouleh style, with a barbecue. In Belgium, a jar collection system exists through which you can collect 1€ per jar (details available on the Lili Bulk website)
Ingredients: whole couscous, currants, vegetable broth, Ras-el-hanout, dehydrated tomatoes, dried chives. Add: 370 ml of water (the volume of the jar), 3 tbsp of olive oil. Steps to follow: bring the water to a boil and pour the mixture into a container, boiling water with oil, let it swell, it's ready! Tips: for a fresher alternative, you can prepare the mix in a tabbouleh style; let it cool, add a little mint and lemon and let it rest for 4 hours in the fridge.
