WHY IT MATTERS

Kazidomi has launched its first products around the coconut products with a coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut flour and a coconut sugar. This range or products comes from Sri Lanka, working with a local supplier that redistributes part of its revenues to the village communities. The collect and the transformation of the coconuts is done in full respect of the environment and in a natural way. Kazidomi is planning on developing many other products under its own brand. In the meantime Kazidomi has launched a tomato product range, pesto, spreads, supplements and pasta. Many others will come soon!

THE FAIR PRICE

Instead of accepting a growing price at every step of the value chain, Kazidomi wants to act and cut intermediaries everywhere it can. These many intermediaries are the reason why products become so expensive for the end consumers while we don't need to have so many people between the producers and the consumers. People don't need re-sellers, brands, wholesalers, etc. they just need great quality products at a fair price. By cutting out the intermediaries, Kazidomi is also cutting the price while still paying the producers the same amount.

In a spirit of getting every consumer closer to its producers we want to help them discover the greatest quality products from people working with the highest standards and who share our values. We are working with them, not against them, therefore we want them to be paid the fair price for their intense work. Our strategy is not to pressure the producers, but simply to avoid unnecessary steps in the value chain. With these producers, we are looking for long term partnerships based on trust and quality.
