Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Split the figs into 4.

  3. Crush the cheese with a fork.

  4. Mix the walnuts with the lemon juice, garlic, cider vinegar, salt and pepper and a little warm water to obtain a creamy texture. 

  5. Add a little honey and the vegan cheese to the preparation. 

  6. With a spoon, fill the figs with the mixture.

  7. Bake the figs at 200°C for about ten minutes.

  8. Enjoy the tasting! 

Good to know: Figs are rich in minerals and trace elements: potassium, iron, copper, and are a good source of B vitamins.
