Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 g of coconut sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • 1 tablespoon pepper berries
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 4 small star anise
  • 12 green cardamom berries
  • 1 bag of black tea

Preparation

  • Preparation time : 10 min
  • 1 big glass

Recipe

  1. In a skillet, pour the water and all the spices. Add the tea bag. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the almond milk, bring to the boil again and simmer for another 5 minutes.

  3. Remove the mixture from the heat, add the coconut sugar, mix well and filter everything.

  4. It's ready !
