This one is the UMAMI for a savoury moreishness and that lovely rich base note that makes all the best foods so good. 14 portions are packed in to a small jar and a teaspoon (7.5g) per half litre of water is all you need per portion. Use them to add seasoning and depth of flavour to any food you are cooking in or with water (soups, stews, vegetables, pasta, rice) and you will be glad you did. Composition

Organic veg (onion, mushroom, tomato puree, carrot, celery, garlic), salt, organic tamari (water, organic soybeans, salt), organic balsamic vinegar. Use 1 teaspoon per 500ml of water or stir directly into soups, stews, casseroles etc. Less than 0,5g of salt per serving.
