The coconut flower sugar comes from the coconut flower sap. Once taken, it is then heated until it turns into sugar.

Its structure and use is close to that of powdered sugar. This sugar is distinguished from others by its particularly low glycemic index .

It is used as an alternative to white and brown sugars. Unlike white sugar that provides so -called empty calories, coconut sugar provides vitamins and minerals, mainly polyphenols, potassium, zinc and iron.

It offers both a great sweetening power and the '' inulin , a soluble food fiber which belongs to prebiotics and which is metabolized by the intestinal flora. It improves digestive health and park stable blood sugar.
