Instructions

Keep refrigerated after opening and consume quickly. Shelf life= 18 months from the date of manufacture Store in a dry place and at positive room temperature. Soup ready to consume. Shake well before opening. It is best consumed hot: - reheat for 5 minutes in a bain-marie with the bag open, - or 3 minutes in a saucepan: pour in the soup and reheat over low heat, without bringing to a boil, stirring from time to time. Chef's advice: Enjoy this hot soup by adding a few strips of bacon, a handful of Emmental cheese, a few croutons...or simply a generous spoonful of fresh cream.
