A touch of seriousness... Our tomatoes come from a land of about a hundred hectares in northern Italy, certified organic and demeter. Production takes place only once a year, from the end of July to the beginning of September. It was essential for us to respect the natural cycle of the tomato and to offer you a 100% natural and not artificial product. From harvest to bottling takes no more than 12 hours, the objective being to preserve as much as possible of the nutritional properties and flavour of the product. All that remains is to wish you a good appetite !
But then, what is the contribution of tomatoes to the human body? It is above all an important source of lycopene when it is cooked. Very low in calories, tomatoes contain 90% water and only 15 calories per 100 g. It is also an important source of vitamins: A, B3, B6, E and K, minerals and trace elements (copper, manganese, potassium), antioxidants and fibre.
