Lazzaretti's Espelette pepper tagliatelle is a lightly spiced pasta with Espelette pepper PDO to accompany your exotic dishes. Handcrafted following an old-fashioned rolling process, the pasta is kneaded cold like a fresh pasta and then cut with a knife. Made from high quality durum wheat semolina, the pasta is also rich in proteins. They are presented in small nests of about 9 g.
