Made from organic whole grain rice, the rice used is from the highlands of northern Thailand. It is then ground with water to form the paste that will be used to prepare the tagliatelle. Emblematic of Asian street food, the rice pasta is designed in the purest Asian tradition to offer a simple, quick and tasty culinary journey.
