Walnut oil is a dry oil that has many cosmetic virtues (emollient, antioxidant, nourishing, regenerating, softening and soothing skin). It has a yellow-green colour, tending towards gold, and a fruity, nutty smell. Its texture is thicker than that of a classic olive oil and its taste is more perfumed and pronounced.
Its benefits are numerous: it helps to normalise cholesterol (as a preventive measure, in association with a suitable diet and medical supervision), supports intestinal activities, reduces fatigue linked to anaemia, and helps digestion and prevents stiffness.
