Instructions

This 3mm mat is ideal for a gentle practice. Indeed, a thicker mat is more comfortable for the joints. Therefore, you will be able to stay longer during postures on the ground and feel them better. Moisten the mat with a spray, especially on the anchor points, to improve its adherence. You can wash it to the machine, on cold cycle and without detergent. It dries very quickly but do not use tumble dryer.
