Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis. This Chinese cabbage has a short cycle. Harvested as young shoots, its fresh and crunchy leaves are a treat! Harvested later, the leaves are best eaten cooked, wok style. Ideal for a culture in window box or in pot, it will also adapt very well to the traditional vegetable gardens.
