Instructions
We selected a germinator, to make easy germination at home
- Soak the seeds in cold water for 6 to 8 hours
- Rinse them with clear water in a sieve
- Spread them in a thin layer in a germinator
- Water them 3 to 4 times a day
After 4 to 5 days, you will have sprouted seeds
Wash them before eating
To store in a cool and dry place
