Blend before use. Directions for use: 1 time per day, preferably in the evening, dilute 2 teaspoons of grof in a cup of simmering water. Drink warm and gently. This jar contains the needed quantity for 9 infusions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for people allergic to hive products.
