Muesli is a mixture of cereals (wheat, oats, barley, corn...), seeds (sunflower, flax, squash...), dried fruits (almonds, nuts...) and dried fruits (apricot, grape, banana...). Very popular for breakfast, it is served with a vegetable drink (or milk), almond yoghurt or pudding, and/or with fresh fruit cut into pieces or compote. Muesli is very interesting from a nutritional point of view, since it is rich in minerals (iron, potassium, calcium) and vitamins (B and E), fibre, protein and good fatty acids while it is low in saturated fats. It is known to satisfy and regulate intestinal transit, and its glycemic index is lower than that of refined cereals (white bread, in particular). So don't hesitate any longer! It is the perfect food for you!
