- 320g of carrots
- 50g of fresh vegan cheese (here, "Frais nature" from Les Nouveaux Affinés)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 shallot
- Salt and pepper
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 25 minutes
Peel, wash and slice the carrots.
Peel and finely chop the shallot.
Wash and chop the chives.
Cook the carrots.
Mash the carrots with a fork and add the mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
Add the shallot and chives.
Leave to rest in the fridge until ready to eat.
