La Brasserie Fondamentale
LBF is a young brewery launched in June 2018. After a year and a half of brewing with our fellow brewers, we put in November 2019 the first shot of our brewery. We brewed for the first time in April 2020 in the vicinity of Pithiviers (Loiret).
Our production is responsible, our range of beers is 100% Organic. Moreover, our brewery is located in the middle of barley fields and 20 km from the malting plant we work with: very short circuit. Our spent grains and yeast are re-used to feed the crops of the farmers around the brewery. Finally, our minimal and responsible water consumption in the brewery: Reuse of water from cooling systems and integrated phytosanitary system. LBF, these are three main values:
- Know-how: L.B.F. beers are brewed in the respect of the fundamentals of the craft beer. They are composed exclusively of water, malts, hops and yeast. These beers are much richer than industrially brewed beers.
- 100% French: Brewed in France, in Nangeville in the Loiret region to be precise. We select the best ingredients from the French soil to produce high quality local beers.
- Conviviality : It is a beer to share, accessible to all, a beer of good moments. It is this image of conviviality that we put forward on our instagram account.
