Genmai Su rice vinegar is produced in Kyushu, southern Japan, using a traditional method of fermentation in buried clay pots. It has a fresh, delicious and slightly sweet taste. In addition to being essential in the preparation of sushi, it is the ally of your dressings and marinades and is used to spice up the taste of sauces, dips, spreads... It will be useful everywhere tartness is needed.
