Our olive oil is extra virgin, which means that it comes from a first cold pressing of olives, without chemicals or heat. It has therefore preserved all its flavors and virtues. Pure olive oil is renowned for its many health benefits: relief from stiffness, lower cholesterol, cell protection, etc.
As a must-have in the kitchen, this oil will be perfect for cooking your dishes and seasoning all your salads. If you want to use it for cooking, note that the composition of olive oil tends to change when it is heated. Extra virgin olive oil is known to be more resistant to heat but we advise you not to exceed 190°C, at which temperature it risks losing some of its qualities.
