This atypical product from Clearspring takes you on a journey to Japan, with a dynamic umami taste. This paste contains organic soy sauce and rice koji ginger that transforms proteins into amino acids, making foods more flavorful and tender. It is also the main fermenting agent for soy sauce, miso and sake. This paste can be added to any number of recipes to enhance and bring out the full flavors of the ingredients.
